East Mayo cross country competition.

On Thursday, September 20th, two teams from Kilmovee N.S. participated in the Cross Country athletics competition in Swinford.  Congratulations to brothers Oran and Liam Frain who achieved 8th and 9th places respectively in the 5th and 6th class category. Well done to the Boys’ team who were placed in  overall third place and who now join Oran and Liam  in competing at the Mayo finals in Belleek, Ballina. The Boys’ team comprised Peter Horan, Michael Regan, Oisín Duffy, Liam Frain, Oran Frain and Liam Boyle.  Congratulations also to the valiant efforts of the Girls’ team which consisted of Sinead Regan, Grainne Hunt, Aoibhin Boyle, Amy Hunt, Mary Moffatt and Micaela Roddy.
