Food Dudes

Junior infants, senior infants and first class enjoying their fruit and vegetables as part of the Food Dudes programme. Mrs Warde’s room participated in the scheme for sixteen days and  2nd to 6th classes joined with them for the final eight days. Afterwards, pupils continued to bring fruit and vegetables in their lunchboxes and were awarded certificates, stickers and gifts in addition to watching the Food  Dudes videos.The scheme was a positive and popular initiative  and enhanced the school’s existing Healthy Eating policy.
