Pupils from 5th and 6th classes enjoyed a trip around Kilmovee to view some historical heritage sites. Facilitator, Lorraine Campbell, shared her knowledge and expertise with the children. Locations visited included the Bullaun stone in Rusheens, Tobar na Bachaille (the well of the crozier), the Ogham stone, St. Patrick’s ‘old’ graveyard ( An Teampall Nua) and the Caiseal (large ring fort).
