Children predicted what liquids would be most dense, carried out an experiment using a variety of liquids and were fascinated with the result! Bubbles.Pupils tried different formulas of bubble mix, including a commercial one, to see which combination made the best bubbles. Children experimented with vinegar, cola and some dull pennies to test the cleaning properties of both liquids. Rainbow marker coffee filter experiment. Pupils dotted a variety of colours on the centre of a coffee filter. They placed the filters in jars, added a small amount of water and watched the pigments separate!.
