Teresa Raleigh Memorial Tournament

On Friday , October 11th, 2019, Caiseal Gaels Hurling Club organised the Teresa Raleigh Memorial Tournament in memory of Teresa Raleigh. Teresa served as chairperson of Caiseal Gaels Hurling Club for 3 years before her untimely death in 2017. Teresa, Mike and their son, Michael, were very involved in the successes and achievements of the Club since it’s inception in 2008. The event involved 6 local schools, was coordinated by Adrian Hession and hosted by the Kilmovee Shamrock’s club. The special guest and Shield presenter was Martin Fogarty, former senior Kilkenny selector and current national hurling coaching manager. The trophies were sponsored by the Griffin family and Teresa’s sister , Maureen, travelled from Tipperary to share the special event.
