County hurling final win.

Congratulations to the Kilmovee NS Boys team who secured the Division 2 County title with a hard fought win over Behy NS in Elvery’s McHale Park on Monday, May 27th 2019. This win completed a Hat-Trick of titles for the school with Division 2 wins in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Team captain, Oisín Duffy, accepted the Division 2 Shield on behalf of the team from Mayo County Hurling Chairman, Jimmy Connor. Oisín thanked his supporters and paid tribute to team coach, Mike Raleigh, for all the training and support. Local parish priest, Fr. Vincent Sherlock, was among the supporters and he congratulated the team on their excellent sporting achievement. The team, along with family members, enjoyed some post match refreshments in McDonalds afterwards. Well done Boys!
