Hurling Blitz.

Fourth, fifth and sixth class boys from Kilmovee NS participated in a Cumann na mBunscoil Mini 7s Hurling Blitz in the Centre of Excellence, Bekan on Friday, March 1st 2019. There were five teams involved in the Blitz. Kilmovee were victorious over St. Patrick’s Boys, Claremorris Boys and Tooreen schools and were narrowly beaten by the eventual overall winners, Aghamore NS. Weather conditions were difficult, but the boys battled brilliantly. Well done to their coach, Mike Raleigh for his coaching and training. Fifth and sixth class girls braved the elements to support their classmates with much cheering and encouragement!
