• The Annual Christmas Hamper draw organised by the Parents’ Association was held at the school. Thanks to the generosity of parents and sponsors, there was a fantastic selection of prizes to be won. They included nine hampers and twenty individual spot prizes comprising Christmas cakes, vouchers and much more. A surprise visit from Santa Claus at the end of the draw rounded off a great afternoon. Many thanks to all who made the day such a success!

• The Aistear them in Ms Fahey’s room was The North Pole. Pupils worked in Santa’s workshop as elves. They dressed up, read letters and wrapped presents. The children made decorations from playdough and wrote letters to Santa. Learners made green handprints that when put together made a Christmas tree. Everyone was very creative and had great fun!
